By downloading, installing, or using GRID, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.

2. Use of the Application

GRID is a puzzle game application. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the app.

3. User Accounts

GRID signs you in automatically using Game Center on iOS or Google Play Games on Android, so your progress is backed up and restored on the same platform without creating an account or providing an email. There is no in-app account to create or manage. Your progress data is stored locally on your device and synced to cloud servers. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your identity.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: (a) use the app for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to hack or disrupt the app's functionality; (c) share your account with others; (d) use automated tools to interact with the app.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of GRID are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimers

GRID is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or continuously available.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of GRID.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to GRID at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. In-App Purchases

GRID offers in-app purchases for consumable and non-consumable items. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. All purchases are one-time payments and we do not offer any recurring subscriptions. You can restore your non-consumable purchases at any time within the app.

13. Apple End User License Agreement

This agreement is concluded between you and us, and not with Apple. We are solely responsible for the application and its content. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the application. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the application.
