Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
At GRID, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile puzzle game application.
2. Information We Collect
We collect game progress data, including levels completed, scores, achievements, gameplay statistics, and purchase history. This data is stored locally on your device and synced to our cloud servers using Firebase. To save and restore your progress we sign you in automatically through Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android); we receive only a player identifier from these services — not your email address, name, or any other personal profile information. We also collect diagnostic data and crash reports to help us identify and fix issues in the game. Diagnostic data and crash reports include your player identifier so we can match issues to affected players; they never include your name or email address.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your game progress data to provide game functionality and to back up and restore your progress on the same platform. We use purchase data to manage in-app purchases and restore purchases when needed. We use diagnostic data to identify and fix bugs, improve game stability, and enhance user experience. We do not use your game progress data for advertising or marketing purposes, though third-party advertising partners may use device identifiers for ad serving.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your game data is stored locally on your device using secure local storage and is automatically synced to the cloud using Firebase services. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
5. Third-Party Services
We use various third-party services to provide and improve our game. These include Apple Game Center and Google Play Games for automatic sign-in and progress backup; Firebase (Google) for authentication, cloud storage, and security; Firebase Crashlytics (Google) for diagnostic and crash reports; RevenueCat for managing in-app purchases; and Google AdMob for displaying advertisements. These services have their own privacy policies governing the collection and use of your information. We encourage you to review their privacy policies. We also use Firebase Analytics (Google) to collect aggregated gameplay and usage statistics that help us improve the game.
6. Children's Privacy
Our game is intended for users aged 8 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 8. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 8 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Because the game signs you in automatically through Game Center or Google Play Games and does not require you to create an account with an email or password, there is no in-app account to manage or delete. To request deletion of your data, contact us at the email address below and we will erase your data from our databases and connected third-party services (such as RevenueCat).
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. When you request deletion of your data, we will remove your personal information from our servers and connected third-party platforms, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
10. Contact Us
